Review:
Rather than focusing on everything that is great about The Godfather, much easier for me to judge its quality is what is bad about it. Almost every film has something that I dont like about it, but I can honestly say that I would not change anything about The Godfather. There is nothing weak about it and nothing that stands out as bad. Thats why it gets ten ten.This is one of those films that made me wonder why I had not seen before. Acting from everyone involved is great, Marlon Brando comes across perfectly as the head of the family, James Caan and Al Pacino are excellent as sons. Nino Rota soundtrack is also very memorable, bringing back memories of the movie every time you hear it. The land must be good for him to get ten of ten, and is far from predictable, and the film is the definition of a large epic.The film is quite shocking as any death occurs almost instantaneously and ten years spans many different things happen every minute of it is great entertainment. For well made and entertaining film that is only the first part of the trilogy, but alone as a great film in its own right. If you have not seen it, what are you waiting for? This film was acclaimed, not disappoint.
